Refund Policy

1- POLICY REFUND DEADLINE:

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return of item and refund. If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it & must also be in its original packaging.

Please send us an email prior to any returns through our contact us page with information outlined below: 

- Order Number
- Name and Last Name
- Item being returned

We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your email

Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.

Items with obvious signs of use, not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed as non-returnable items & will be discarded or disposed of immediately & safely.

Items returned after the POLICY REFUND DEADLINE will be deemed as non-returnable items & will be discarded or disposed of immediately & safely.

No refunds or returns will be applicable

* For safety reasons and sensitivity of the items we provide, a 14-day refund policy will always be applied.

 

2- REFUND AFTER WE RECIEVE ITEM (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4-5 business days.

Please make sure your item is packaged correctly and is in original condition as purchased and received, Read REFUND POLICY DEADLINE to avoid items being non-returnable. Return shipping label and delivery will be at the customers expense.

 

3- LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please bare in mind that various banks and financial companies have different processing times for refunds or payment reversals, extra waiting times might occur.

It may take some time before your refund is officially processed after we have initiated a reimbursement. If you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us at the top of our website page to send us an email about the issue.

We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email and adhere to the issue at hand.

 

4- SHIPPING:

To return your product please email us with information stated in the POLICY REFUND DEADLINE. We will respond to your email within 24 hours. Return shipping labels and cost of delivery will be at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs at the expense of the customer is non-refundable.
